Meet Your Coach

Carrie is a trauma survivor and trauma-trained somatic practitioner who helps women heal after betrayal and relational trauma by reconnecting with their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and restoring self-trust. After years of talk therapy left her feeling stuck in anxiety, confusion, and hypervigilance, Carrie found true healing through somatic work—and now she guides others on that same path with compassion, clarity, and lived experience.

She is trained in Felt Sense Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Attachment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Focusing, Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness and Meditation, and Treating Trauma and Affairs from Gottman Institute. Carrie brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to the space, creating a grounded, supportive environment where your healing is not only welcome—but deeply respected.
