Important Details:
I respond to Voxer messages Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 3:30pm MT, although you can send messages at any time. I typically respond a couple of times per day, depending on your needs and what’s coming up.
Please keep daily messages to under 10 minutes of audio or 1–2 texts at a time. Staying concise helps the coaching process stay focused and digestible.
Voxer coaching is not for crisis or emergency situations.
