- You Don't Have to Do It Alone -

Healing from trauma can feel isolating, confusing, and overwhelming. You may have tried therapy, read the books, and done all the “right” things, but still find yourself stuck in patterns that live in your body. That’s not a failure on your part—it’s a sign your system needs more than logic to feel safe again.

Whole & Held was created to offer just that: a space where healing happens through connection, compassion, and somatic support. You don’t have to do this alone—and you were never meant to.

You Have It In You to Feel Safe, Connected, and Whole Again

Healing doesn't happen by pushing harder or thinking your way through it. It happens when your body feels safe enough to let go. When you’re held in compassion. When you’re no longer alone in the process. That’s what Whole & Held is here to offer—a soft, supportive space to explore healing from the inside out.

  • Understand your nervous system and survival patterns.

  • Move from chronic stress or shutdown into embodied safety.

  • Reconnect with your body’s cues, needs, and intuition.

  • Feel seen, supported, and held in a community of survivors.

  • Rebuild trust in yourself through somatic practices and integration.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone. We’ll guide you, hold space for you, and walk alongside you every step of the way. We focus on Education then Integration, so you never walk away with just the awareness, but with embodied tools to put that awareness into healing actions.

Trying to Decide?

This is for you if...

  • You crave safe community with others who understand what you're walking through
  •  You’re ready to experience healing that includes—not bypasses—your body
  • You’re tired of feeling stuck, anxious, or shut down—even after therapy
  • You want to rebuild trust with your body and connect with your felt sense

This is not for you if...

  • You’re looking for quick fixes instead of a process rooted in compassion and nervous system safety
  • You’re unwilling to explore somatic practices or reflect on your inner experience
  • You prefer 1:1 support only and aren’t open to a group container
  • You’re actively in crisis and not yet resourced for group work (we recommend 1:1 support first)
Need a Reason to Start?

Here are 3 Great Reasons

Reason One

You’ve done the reading, maybe even the therapy—but your body still doesn’t feel safe. This group was designed to help you shift from survival into connection using somatic tools that actually work with your nervous system.

Reason Two

Whole & Held is not just about information—it’s about integration. Every session includes guided practices, prompts, and real-time support so you’re never left wondering, “But what do I do with this?” We bridge the gap between knowing and embodying.

Reason Three

Healing in community changes everything. You’ll be held by a group of survivors who truly get it, led by two trauma-trained practitioners who guide with compassion, clarity, and deep understanding.

Meet Your Practitioners

Carrie is a trauma survivor and trauma-trained somatic practitioner who helps women heal after betrayal and relational trauma by reconnecting with their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and restoring self-trust. After years of talk therapy left her feeling stuck in anxiety, confusion, and hypervigilance, Carrie found true healing through somatic work—and now she guides others on that same path with compassion, clarity, and lived experience.

She is trained in Felt Sense Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Attachment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness and Meditation, and Treating Trauma and Affairs from Gottman Institute. Carrie brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to the space, creating a grounded, supportive environment where your healing is not only welcome—but deeply respected.

Meg is a trauma survivor, licensed educator, and trauma-trained somatic practitioner passionate about empowering others through education and embodied healing. After surviving multiple sexual assaults and chronic physical health issues in adulthood, she spent years trapped in anxiety, shame, and emotional shutdown. Traditional talk therapy couldn’t reach the roots of her pain—but somatic work did. Learning how the nervous system interacts with trauma allowed Meg to understand her body’s protective responses, extend compassion to Self, and finally begin to heal.

Over the last five years, she has committed herself to studying trauma, resilience, and nervous system regulation. She holds advanced certifications in somatic attachment therapy, trauma-informed coaching, integrative parts work, PTSD/CPTSD, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Prevention Science with a focus on trauma-informed approaches in communities. Meg believes every survivor deserves to feel seen, understood, and supported—and she is here to help make that possible.
