- You Don't Have to Do It Alone -

Healing from trauma can feel isolating, confusing, and overwhelming. You may have tried therapy, read the books, and done all the ârightâ things, but still find yourself stuck in patterns that live in your body. You donât have to figure it all out alone. Weâll guide you, hold space for you, and walk alongside you every step of the way. We focus on Education then Integration, so you never walk away with just the awareness, but with embodied tools to put that awareness into healing actions.

Meet Your Practitioners

Carrie is a trauma survivor and trauma-trained somatic practitioner who helps women heal after betrayal and relational trauma by reconnecting with their bodies, regulating their nervous systems, and restoring self-trust. After years of talk therapy left her feeling stuck in anxiety, confusion, and hypervigilance, Carrie found true healing through somatic workâand now she guides others on that same path with compassion, clarity, and lived experience.
She is trained in Felt Sense Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Attachment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness and Meditation, and Treating Trauma and Affairs from Gottman Institute. Carrie brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to the space, creating a grounded, supportive environment where your healing is not only welcomeâbut deeply respected.

Meg is a trauma survivor, licensed educator, and trauma-trained somatic practitioner passionate about empowering others through education and embodied healing. After surviving multiple sexual assaults and chronic physical health issues in adulthood, she spent years trapped in anxiety, shame, and emotional shutdown. Traditional talk therapy couldnât reach the roots of her painâbut somatic work did. Learning how the nervous system interacts with trauma allowed Meg to understand her bodyâs protective responses, extend compassion to Self, and finally begin to heal.Â
Over the last five years, she has committed herself to studying trauma, resilience, and nervous system regulation. She holds advanced certifications in somatic attachment therapy, trauma-informed coaching, integrative parts work, PTSD/CPTSD, and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Prevention Science with a focus on trauma-informed approaches in communities. Meg believes every survivor deserves to feel seen, understood, and supportedâand she is here to help make that possible.
