Common questions

A few details before you choose.

What is the difference between Anchored After Betrayal and Reclaiming Safety?

Anchored After Betrayal is a gentle 30-day introduction for the early waves of healing. Reclaiming Safety goes deeper into nervous system regulation, somatic healing, survival responses, self-trust, and rebuilding safety in the body.

Do I need experience with somatic work?

No. These courses are created to meet you where you are, even if body-based healing is completely new to you. You’ll be guided gently through the concepts and practices.

Can I take a course without joining the Circle?

Yes. Each course is standalone. The Circle is available if you want ongoing support, community, coaching calls, and help applying the work in real life.

Which course should couples choose?

Rebuilding Us is the course designed specifically for couples repairing after betrayal. It also includes Reclaiming Safety so both partners can build a stronger personal nervous-system foundation.

Are these courses therapy?

No. These courses are educational and supportive, but they are not therapy or crisis care. They can work beautifully alongside therapy, coaching, recovery work, or other professional support.
